This was a first time try, and we will be back to try more of the menu! My girlfriend and I got the mutton roll and dolphin kothu with chicken as the protein, hot spice level. The roll was crispy, fresh, and packed with mutton pieces, not to mention amazing flavours. The kothu was the star of the show, the portion is perfect for two people, lots of chicken pieces, the parotta held all the flavours together perfectly. The flavours and spices were exceptional, some of the best kothu I’ve ever had! We will back to try more of the menu!!

We tried the Raavan’s Mix at the extra spicy level and it did not disappoint! The flavors were bold, rich and authentic, with just the right amount of heat. All the protein options were cooked to perfection and really made the dish feel hearty and satisfying. The only minor drawback was that the dish had a bit too many onions compared to the amount of protein – would’ve loved a bit more balance there. Overall, a great spot for Tamil comfort food and we’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

We had always been curious about the famous dolphin kotu, so we decided to give this place a try. We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed this unique dish. To truly experience its authentic flavor, it’s best enjoyed fresh at the restaurant / car, rather than taking it to go.

Tried the Dolphin Chicken Kothu from Raavan and honestly it was amazing! The flavour hits right away — creamy, spicy, and super comforting. The chicken was tender and the mix of veggies, egg, and roti pieces was cooked perfectly. The portion size is great, and the curry coating every piece gives it that rich homemade taste. The lime on the side adds a nice freshness, and the onions give a good crunch. If you’re craving proper Sri Lankan-style kothu with bold flavours, this one is definitely worth it. I’d order it again for sure!

I ordered the “Devilled Chicken” rolls and “Butter Chicken” rolls along with the “Dolphin Kothu” The dolphin kothu is definitely worth the try. It was packed with flavour and had great creamy consistency. The portions are generous, one order could serve about 2 people. The rolls were a bit disappointing. The dough wasn’t as crispy on the outside and the filling on the inside wasn’t as flavourful. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely a great spot worth trying.

This is one of the best store bought kothu I’ve had. I ordered the chicken dolphin kothu and it was so good. It was extra saucy and the roti was perfect. I ordered it spicy and these guys don’t joke around with spice. It was Tamil spicy and delicious. If you can’t handle as much heat, I would recommend to go with the mild or medium option. I would highly recommend. I can’t wait to try other delicious eats from this new spot!

Just tried this new Tamil takeout spot in Ajax. It’s definitely my new go-to for Kothu Roti and fried rice. The Dolphin Kothu is a must-try. I recommend calling ahead to place your order. Loved the Eelam branding as well!

The food tasted good, and the packaging was impressive. The portion size was decent, and the freshness of the food was noticeable. Although the flavors might not be strictly authentic, they were still enjoyable and satisfying. The food was also incredibly soft and fresh, which was a nice touch.
